【重要訊息通知】印度BIS原訂2025年8月28日實施，官方正式公告將延期至2026年9月1日生效

6/12 印度重工業部公告原預定於今年8/28實施的「Machinery and Electrical Equipment (Quality Control) Order」將延期至2026年9月1日正式實施!! 

由於印度是重要市場，建議大家還是要及早準備因應：
1.盤點受影響設備
2.擬定 BIS 認證時程表
3.提早準備技術文件

 6/12 所公告的 《Machinery and Electrical Equipment Safety (Omnibus Technical Regulation) Amendment Order, 2025》明確規定：

1. 原定實施日期已修改為：「on the 1st September, 2026」
2. 適用對象：
         (1) 第一附表（First Schedule）所列的機械與電氣設備；
         (2) 子組件與元件（assemblies, sub-assemblies and components）可能由政府另行公告生效日。
